Carolyn Caldwell RN, BScN, MSHA, CHE
knowledge and experience gained thus far. From early days organizing
community health services in Papua New Guinea to families overwhelmed with
paper and clutter, the need for compassion, clarity of thought and a sense of
humour, remains the same."
As principal of Wellrich Organizers, Carolyn established the company in 2005
following more than twenty years in health care management. She is a
member of the Professional Organizers in Canada (POC) National Board of
Directors and is Past Chair of the Toronto Chapter of POC. Carolyn has
attained Specialist Certificates in ADD and Chronic Disorganization with the
National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization (NSGCD) and is a
candidate (Fall 2010) in the Certified Professional Organizer - Chronic
Disorganization program. She has recently contributed as a task force
member to establish the NSGCD Specialist Certificate in Hoarding. Carolyn’s
principal area of interest in professional organizing is working with clients with
Chronic Disorganization, hoarding behaviour and ADD/ADHD. As a mother
of two active children, a ski instructor through the winter and avid sailor
through the summer, Carolyn is the paradigm of organized living.
Christine Janes, BA
Chris has been a member of POC since 2008 and is past Communications
Coordinator for the Toronto Chapter. She completed the Trained
Professional Organizer Certificate with POC in 2008 and has been helping
people realize the benefits of orderly living ever since. With ten years of
corporate experience managing people and processes, Chris knows the
importance of keeping people motivated and focused to get the job done. As
a busy parent, she knows how easy it is for chaos to become the order of the
day. If your kitchen looks like a tornado passed through it, Chris will bring
her appreciation for balance and harmony, a commitment to helping others
and a healthy dose of good humour to show you how the busiest room in
your home can be calm and functional.
Jennie Vlietstra
Jennie has been working as a professional organizer since 2007. Prior to
joining Wellrich Organizers, Jennie worked for a diverse range of
organizations, from small business to large corporations. A member of POC,
Jennie is Treasurer for the Toronto Chapter. She has received her CD
Specialist Certificate from the National Study Group on Chronic
Disorganization (NSGCD). With a background of study in photography and
design, Jennie brings her creative flare to the organizing process. Jennie’s
organizing interests range from chronic disorganization and obsessive-
compulsive disorder, to space planning and home staging. Passionate about
organizing, an advocate for positive, enduring change Jennie brings
patience, relaxed energy and mindfulness to the organizing process. An
antique collector, Jennie easily identifies with her clients’ need to preserve
memories through their possessions, but just as easily distinguishes a
collector from a pack-rat.
